Bands on the Blackwater

Bands on the Blackwater is a free outdoor concert series held Friday nights during the fall in downtown Milton at Jernigan’s Landing on Blackwater River. Take a Kid Fishing

This free kid’s fishing pole giveaway and fishing clinic takes place at the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. The first 300 children under 12 receive a free fishing pole and t-shirt. The event includes free bait and instruction. For details, visit www.takeakidfishingnavarre.com.
30th Annual Jay Peanut Festival
October 5, 6, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Celebration of one of Santa Rosa’s staple crops, the peanut. This popular event showcases farming life – past and present – and features more than 200 vendors from across the southeast plus a 1930s John Deere dealership, food booths and games. Sand Dollar Saturday and Local Marketplace
