Juana’s Good Time Regatta returns to the beach

It’s almost time to set sail. After months of canceled events and traditions, Navarre Beach is excited to welcome a fun and safe event to our shores! The Juana’s Good Time Regatta will celebrate its 30th anniversary Sept. 11-13, filling Santa Rosa Sound with colorful sails for a weekend of competition and sailing.

Schedule of events will be:

Sept. 11

6 to 8 p.m. “We Juana Windy Weekend Party” check-in

5 to 9 p.m. live music by Stevie Hall

Sept. 12

10 a.m. Skippers meeting at Sailors’ Grill

11:30 a.m. Distance Sailboat Races

5 to 9 p.m. live music by Matt Hoggat

Sept. 13

10 a.m. Skippers meeting at Sailors’ Grill

11:30 a.m. Triangle Racing

3 p.m. trophy presentations with live music by Stevie Hall

Unfortunately, this year there will be no Hobie Wave Timed Beach Races, but all sizes and skill levels are welcome to join the fun.

Adjustments have been made to the event due to pandemic in an effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. Masks and social distancing will be recommended while not racing.

Events will occur at Juana’s Pagodas and Sailors’ Grill facilities located at 1451 Navarre Beach Causeway on Navarre Beach. Registration must be done online by no later than midnight Sept. 10 at juanaspagodas.com/regattanews.htm.
